I’m a specialist domestic abuse trainer, lecturer and speaker, published author on ‘inter-professional working on domestic abuse’ and expert on how domestic abuse impacts on its victims; adults, children and society as a whole.

I have worked in the voluntary and community sector for over 20 years and gained vast experience in effective fundraising, carrying out monitoring and evaluations, managing teams, supporting and supervising staff and volunteers.

Since 2014 I have taught in higher education as an Associate Fellow.

I have sat as an independent chair on variety of inter-professional boards and partnerships.

I currently chair the ‘Domestic Abuse Forum’ in Canterbury & district, in Kent and act as an independent chair for MARAC’S ( Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference)
